DLSS does not affect FPS (Cyberpunk 2077)

Recently bought a 3070 ti. The settings are maximum, the resolution is ful hd, dlss is turned on, but except for the soap, nothing changes, even though I set ultra performance, it does not add a single frame. What could be the reason? I tried a clean installation of the driver, it did not help

So your performance is limited by the processor and it is because of this that the frames do not rise higher.
In general, judging by the topics you have created on the forum, it seems that most of your problems are connected with the processor.

This happens when vertical sync is turned on and monik (or a telly, like mine) is 60 hertz. In this case, there will be no more than 60 fps. At the very rtx 3070, I play in 4k, at ultras and here different settings play a role.

now checked dlss in Control and fsr in Resik 8, neither one nor the other works, the picture is washed and the fps does not change. It can be seen that the matter is in the processor. Although in cyberpunk without rtx, FPS is more than 70.

I'm over 60 and don't need it, I want to play with rtx with acceptable fps

you can try to screw a low resolution with max settings without dlss and amd sharpen of some kind of
rth, in my observation, it scales from the resolution even on a weak processor
if the difference between 720p and some kind of cd is not there, then what is the other thing

I have at 2060 super 60 fps on ultras without rtx and dlss, so you definitely have problems in the processor
