Shadow and render range issue (Red Dead Redemption 2)
I go into the beautiful rdr 2 and see that the distance for drawing shadows and all sorts of objects is 10 meters, and at the corners the shadows seem to be removed and loaded again.deepsurfaceQuality is on ultras
I tried to delete the settings folder

from Vulcan to DX12, and in general there are guides for setting the quality for everything you want, the speed of quality, and so on. I play pseudo 4k (3440 * 1872) with the appropriate settings 40-50 fps in both the plot and online and there are no such problems.

you played GTA 5 for a long time? Come in for interest and see how shadows and textures are drawn in a certain square at maximum speed. I was also indignant at first. On my system in RDR2 it may not be so obvious (maybe it’s the scaling that I was twisting, or maybe it’s a matter of habit), but in general, everything is the same.
