God of War problem

I have a non-chip prefix. Recently I bought God of War, but it does not start. Nothing happens, writes for 2-3 seconds. reading disk and that's it. Old disks work. What can be wrong? the disc is licensed. I read something about the speed of reading and did not understand nifiga, this is somehow connected, explain it in a simpler way. Thanks in advance.
