How do I get to the next skill level? (Tom Clancy's The Division 2)
Please tell me, or rather, explain - how to go to the skill menu (for example, a drone) from stage 1 to the next stages. I played 200 hours and I don't understand. All the time at stage 1.

For shields, the level also depends on the number of blue "shields" - that is, when the main characteristic of the crew is armor. And you can combine - part with skills, part with armor to bring up to level 6.
