Need help! (Prison Architect)

1.Anyways,I created a new jail and there at first began to arrive the truck with materials (chairs, tables etc.). They priezhayut and come,and working them not rashwhat. They're just standing there. And trucks accumulated.
2. I built the kitchen and dining room and hired cooks. And the workers don't wear drawers products are just as vkopanye.
And the prisoners are starving, and in consequence of the rebellion. What to do? How to fix this?
