ID of the blade Shimmering Strike (The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion)

Can't find the id of the blade Shimmering impact. It can be found in the arena, after killing Nepeta, but you can not pick up, as id usual click on the blade in the console doesn't work. Maybe someone found the id

Come to Ropotamo sword in the arena, open the console and cliches it PKM. On the screen populate its ID.
