TV bug (People Playground)

The TV does not show tips for secrets on the tower at night. In the sense of the TV only works during the day, and at night, or on the tower in a certain place, it shows one picture (like "Prevention" is called) and sound. Plus I can't get the Pacifist achievement. Why did I mention this? I think this is possibly related.

This is not a bug. To get a pacifist, you need to summon a little man and not touch him for 10-20 minutes, but if more than 10/100 people were killed, then it will not be possible to get it.
