Installing the mod with the replacement of game files (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Hello everyone, there are faces. version of gta 5 in the Rockstar Launcher. I want to install the Redux mod, NOT IN THE MODS FOLDER (this is plus another 100GB, I don't have them), but with the replacement of the game files. BUT on launch, the game is updated and all changes are rolled back. I turned off the Internet, but it still does not help, is there any way to fix this? Am I doing something wrong?
