Screen Breaks (Minecraft)

Hello everyone who reads this. Recently there was such a problem that without a FPS lock, screen breaks appear, so-called desynchronization. In other games, there was the same problem, but in order to remove the desync without FPS restrictions, I went to the AMD settings panel and turned on Enchanted Sync. Everything was gone. But in the situation with the mine, I did the same thing as with other games, but the screen tears did not disappear. I play with shaders, in a normal game I don't seem to notice, but as soon as I cut the shaders, everything appears. There are no videos on YouTube. Please help.
