although modders may do something, but not the fact that soon. and the game has just been released, patches are often released, while mods are unlikely to be, since the game does not directly support modding.
the option to bring a bag of money to the developers is not taken into account :) this is so understandable. if they generally add little even to the DLC, then it is not so easy.
