Your game rests on the performance of the processor, the minimum requirements for Intel Core i5-6600k 3.5 GHz are specified. But your video card is even listed in the recommended ones.
Set the settings to maximum, and then reduce the range of drawing, including characters, objects, objects and grass. It is better to leave the vertical rail on. Decreasing the settings for textures, shadows, lights will not help in your case, so everything else can be safely turned on for everything.
