Assassin's Creed: Valhalla Companions

Hello everyone! Tell me, there are so-called "raids" in the Assassin's Creed Valhalla game. And if letâ€™s say I cut everyone out alone, then it makes sense to take companions in these raids, so as not to lose experience? Maybe I lose something then, some points, etc., when I don't bore my companions into raids?

The detachment is needed in raids, some doors cannot be opened without them and treasures.

Yes, you just swim to the settlement on a ship, without starting a raid, but simply leave the ship, cut out all the enemies in the settlement, then, through the menu (button G, if my memory serves me), start the raid.

10 experience points for the enemy are not worth it. A lot of experience drips for quests.
