Problem with iw_05.lwd (Call of Duty 2)
Hello everyone. I ask for help. Engaged in re-sounding multiplayer. Re-voiced commands, deaths, etc. I play for a month everything works, it came to the effects I got into iw_05.iwd found there a folder misc in it there are sounds of headshots, throwing grenades, etc. replaced headshots sounds, but not as usual throwing them with a replacement. Here I had to add a third-party sound to my native one, I opened the studio fl and dragged the sound into fl, processed it as I needed and rendered it further with a converter, adjusted this sound by bitrate and placed it in the game directory with a replacement. The multiplayer works, but when the server starts, the program stops working, and if you delete iw_05iwd, it works but without sounds. More precisely, only without those that were in this file. So, can the flka create some kind of file in the game because it pulled out the sound directly into fl without copying it. Although I reinstalled and copied this 05iwd into the old one, it still crashes. If you delete it, then everything robs but without half the sounds. Perhaps asio did something wrong ... ???1 Comments

And I used to do this. I found the desired sound, converted it to the desired one, renamed it and simply placed it with a replacement.
