Video driver problem

The problem is this: The game video card AMD Radeon HD 8600M disappeared from the device manager in the veladka video adapters, the problem was in the not installed drivers on the video controller. But when I install them manually or using Windows, the laptop hangs tightly. What should I do in this case?

Remove the driver for the AMD Radeon HD 8600M video card in safe mode using "Display Driver Uninstaller v18.0.3.7" and install it on a clean OS (although this is not a panacea, it helps).
