Body parts repair blocked (Car Mechanic Simulator 2021)

Now I am on the first story mission, I have already bought the necessary parts for work.

However, body repairs are still locked, "Renovator 1 Upgrade Required" etc.

What am I doing wrong? This is mistake? Is it somehow unlocked later?
