How to get to work fashion? (Gothic)

I downloaded the Golden Mod+ the People of Minental,the two mods were in one installer, and he installed me in the game folder,there was a separate shortcut.But during the game I don't see any changes,the mod's not working.How to get it to work,maybe there is a program any?

OK,I got it.And I did not understand what solved my problem.I had,however,to use not the license,and Repack,although the differences in them I have not had-everywhere was the voice acting, and fix from SnowBall.
