vibration and crosspiece do not work on DualShock 4

the problem is that if you connect the DualShock 4 to the pc via usb, then after a while the vibration and the crosspiece stop working (no usb, since I play Ps4 via ps remote play so that there is sound, but without usb the gamepad does not work)
