Screen glitches (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Help. During the game, if I press the win button and the start line comes out, then after the screen is wildly buggy. This is not displayed on screenshots. The laptop is normal, the video card is 1650 GTX, the Ryzen 5 processor, on average, the game pulls. And if I change the vidyahu to integrated, then the glitch disappears. Tell me what to do?
