After completing the DLC, the level of enemies is not adjusted (Borderlands 3)

I was so repulsed that I went through all three DLC completely bypassing the plot and now in the main game all the enemies are level 13, and I am 36. I thought that there would be auto-correction, but I am already passing the third mission, and the enemies are still at the same level. I downloaded a trainer in which you can increase the incoming damage, but this is not a solution. How can I make the game understand that my level is higher than she thinks?
