Key binding problem. (Cyberpunk 2077)
Good evening, please tell me, no one has encountered a problem when you enter the in-game computer, read letters and mail, you cannot get out of it. There is a selection key, there is an inscription "Exit", but as if no key is attached. Tried ESC, doesn't help. Yes, actually I tried everything. The result is zero. There was no such sadness before. Steam version of the game, patch 1.3. Thank you in advance for your advice and attention.gmh4589
Thank you very much, I'll check it out))
PS No, unfortunately this key does not work either. None of them work at all. As a matter of fact, there is a conflict with mods, although the same set stood before the new patch and everything worked fine.

By default, the output is assigned to the "C" and "Backspace" keys:
Spoiler
You have probably changed the inputUserMappings.xml file, a lot of functions are assigned to the "C" key, not everyone likes it, and there are many mods that change the layout.
Try to revert the original file, if any. You can try to check files in Steam.
After updating to 1.3, you need to update the mods as well, if the authors update them.

All mods that have been updated, updated, downloaded from the nexus. And for the name of the file, thanks. Can you put the output in this file as it was, in C, and what item will you not prompt?

I can guess what this piece of code is for:

Try searching for the first line and see what is written next.

would like to know in which section this piece of code should be, since it seems to me that it does not exist at all and the search does not give a result (although this may already be a problem from me with the search, because it is not possible to search for something through the search in more than one dock) )

Hmm ... actually there are no sections in the inputUserMappings.xml file as such, it describes all the bindings of all controls that can be used in the game. This file is located in the Cyberpunk2077 r6 config directory. I have this code starting on line 1021.
Wooooooofer
Go to the game directory, then along the path r6 config open the file inputUserMappings.xml for editing. It is better to do this in the Notepad ++ program, a regular notepad may not work correctly with the genny file type. Next, look for the phrase Exit_Button. This is the section of the config file that defines the exit buttons. And make changes according to the posts above. Save the file. Everything.
in short, on the nexus, kind people posted the default keybind file (a specialist for those who adjusted their keys and did not save the file)

Download, unpack and throw the file inputUserMappings.xml with replacement in / your path to the game / Cyberpunk2077 r6 config Resets
all key settings to default (although this can be done in the menu, but it seems that it does not help someone), you will have to configure your bindings in a new way
I found a simpler solution to this problem (I myself ran into a million mods on my assembly):
Kyberpanker,
what kind of silent creature is he fiddling with the mouse. didn't explain anything
Thank you very much for this forum thread.
I recommend saving config (.xml) files before installing any mods, patches and the like. and better, in general, make a backup of the entire game in a separate folder, so that you can rollback and not download the cyberbug again: D
