How to seal a gamepad?

Anyone with experience sealing a controller on an Xbox360? I'm tired of changing, as soon as the company is going, someone will surely spill something on one of the gamepads. To hide in a bag, like a TV remote control - it did not work out - the sticks are inactive, just the cover does not provide protection from moisture. Maybe someone bothered with such a topic?
