Takemura Doesn't Call After Audience (Cyberpunk 2077)

After the bug with the quest "Audience" (where Takemura called with difficulty and danced with a tambourine), after the quest and the kidnapping of that Japanese chandelier, the quest "apartment 303" does not start. And after the first meeting with Alt, the quests ended altogether. Does anyone know what to do with this?
