Where is the dragon altar? (King's Bounty 2)

Who found this place after the battle with the final boss? If after the final boss, what does the phrase mean, meet at the altar of dragons?

I went to dlc, but this is inaccurate, the only info was on the forum in incentive, I quote verbatim: "There is no dragon altar, it's game over. Probably the story will continue in an expensive DLC :)", and as I wrote earlier, "but this is inaccurate "
