At E3 2014, during the Nintendo Treehouse Live broadcast, Mr. Miyamoto showed three prototypes developed by EAD Group No. 5: Project Giant Robot, Project Guard and, in fact, Star Fox for Wii U (which only journalists could watch). A third-party developer will have to help complete the new Star Fox (a fairly common practice of outsourcing for modern Nintendo). Before that, for 6 years, a small team experimented unsuccessfully on the Wii, and 6-10 months before the demonstration, all the developments were transferred to the Wii U. Despite the fact that the game is at an early stage of development, Miyamoto said that they want to release it as soon as possible. rather, they are aimed at the release of the game within a year, that is, by the next E3 or by the end of 2015 it can be expected on the shelves.
What are the features for the new iteration of Star Fox confirmed at the moment?
In terms of format, Miyamoto decided to take inspiration from the British Thunderbirds puppet show and make the game more like a TV series than a full-length film (no, not split the game into episodes). Developing this idea, he explained that the player will have a variety of game scenarios that they can take and start playing. According to Miyamoto, these are like two types of TV programs: prime-time block (traditional Star Fox gameplay) and night broadcast (more experimental and unusual direction). In Project Guard, the Star Fox logo can be seen on cameras, and Miyamoto hinted that this prototype could be part of the game as an example of “night broadcastâ€.
In addition to the TV format, the new Star Fox can take from the Thunderbirds that the player will use various vehicles and mechs.
As in the SNES 'canceled Star Fox II' Mech concept, Arwing can land and transform into a Landmaster.
Players will also be able to control a new helicopter for the series, while simultaneously collecting various items from the platforms with a tethered robot that is capable of shooting back at enemies.
As before, Arwing will have an all-range mode, which the press tried out in aerial combat against Star Wolf.
Also in the game there will be a mode "on the rails", which Miyamoto himself calls valley mode.
Unlike the solution from Star Fox 64 3D, this time the gyroscope will allow you to fly and shoot in directions independent of each other.
The GamePad's screen also provides a different vantage point, from the ship's cockpit, allowing you to see details of the environment not available on a TV screen, so you will need to keep an eye on both screens to be successful.
For example, when enemies come in from the flank, you will look at the TV to get around and, by switching your gaze to the GamePad screen, shoot them down.
The game will have splash screens, split into two screens, providing different perspectives of what is happening.
Slippy, Peppy and Falco will talk to you through the GamePad speakers (similar to Lego City Undercover).
There will also be a co-op mode, where one player can use the Pro Controller to drive vehicles on the TV screen, while another player with a GamePad can be a shooter. The aforementioned tethered robot is one example of such a mode.

in the "series" there are actually only 3 games, one of which is not old fox at all, where does love come from?

strange question from Mother Lover

Have you forgotten the old fox command?
[member = 'nindo'], only one masterpiece. The rest did not make it.

after the announcement of Star Fox, there was confidence in the return of other episodes like f-zero

Yes, exactly the same sensations were after Fox's announcement. The likelihood of driving this generation into a new f-zero is now not so illusory.
Why is there such a shameful graph in the game?
Pay attention to the grass.
This is no comment at all.

The previews for the updated version are very positive. The interface has been completely updated, the controls have been improved - it has become more responsive (the game uses the gamepad actively, opening the view from the cockpit (in ordinary videos we do not see pictures from the second screen) for aimed fire at enemies, in the last E3 not everyone liked the motion control) ...
Overall the GamePad control setup felt more responsive. You can use the RB button to fire off smart bombs. The gyro controls have a button that will quickly recalibrate the motion controls (just like in Splatoon).
Say what you will about the idea of shifting between two screens - admittedly prior Star Fox games worked just fine without them - and motion controls, but they add a layer of skill. The ability to aim and shoot in different directions gives you a much larger window to score hits as you fly by versus the way it worked in previous Star Fox games.
More forks with secrets and optional bosses have appeared on the levels, which increases the replay value. Some forks require vehicle transformation. In general, we fixed a number of bugs + added new details. This made the game look better overall. The landscapes of Fortune are especially praised (only two locations have now been shown by the media).
Voice communication in the gameplay sections between the characters is carried out mainly on the gamepad, a kind of transmitted to the cockpit.
Also, Miyamoto does not exclude the addition of online multiplayer in the future (the release of a major update like Splatun), but first, players should try the new gameplay system and get used to it.
