The developers said that at first they made Slay for the PSP, but after they showed the game to the publishers, they were so impressed that they gave the go-ahead for the PS3 game.

I Think Thieves in Time will be released on September 24, 2012

I played the demo yesterday. It ended at the most interesting place. 
The graphics are nice, better than in the ports. On the plus side, they added kints, diversified the gameplay and a turtle on a reactive wheelchair. But in general, good old Sly. We just didn't like how the coins are popping up now. It should have been easier to do without such effects. They are distracting.
