Relax in the tavern in your hub.

When you rest in the Tavern, the Crusader Camp, or Dresen, the corruption is removed. When you are resting, setting up a tent with companions in any other places, damage accumulates up to 3 levels. Therefore, from time to time you will have to return to the base.
