2. Most of the first places of all these "self-legends" with cheats, want to "show off" in the tournament using cheats. I'm tired of banning them with requests, since back in 2018 it was accepted and approved that they are all cheaters and they do not have any "pisi".
All further - this is just replenishment of blacklists with morons with cheats, the game of which can be interrupted at any time by one complaint, if someone with insults will boast of himself.
