How to download Uther's Tarot (Warhammer 40.000: Inquisitor - Martyr)

I don't understand how cards gain experience.
I run through the levels, collect green tokens "1 tarot card lost", but in the end it does not give anything to any of my cards at all.

In the inventory tab, click on the rightmost image of the chest ("with a pebble"), a tab will open in which there will be fragments, maps, stamps, etc. In the map section, click on the checkmark - you will improve a random map. The same with seals and emblems.
