And so, after a whole 5 days, after talking with technical support, they told me that I had some kind of double NAT, they say the speed does not reach and therefore the game is not downloaded. Yesterday (September 9th) I launched the ubisoft client and saw that it was updated. I decided to try to download it again, and to my surprise everything downloaded without any speed drops.
Conclusion: Ubisoft Connect is the worst client of all.
