Can't talk to Preston Garvey (Fallout 4)

After completing the quest in the museum and killing the death claw, Preston and the others went to the city where they used to live, I came there to continue the quest and take the next one from Preston, but I just can't talk to him, every time I restart the last save, dialogue with him is interrupted and nothing happens. I have already tried everything, I hope for your help, thanks in advance!

the very beginning of the game :) it's easier to start over or boot before you saw him for the first time (until he asked for help) to
save this bunch of "pasturers" so that you can make settlements, but run to nuka-world;)
