Freezes when spawning and in the game menu. (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019))

Such a problem, after almost every spawn there is a long freeze, while the rest of the gameplay is without a single stator with stable 80-100 fps. The settings are all to the maximum, 1080p, without RTX, of course.
Hardware:
GTX 1660 super
Ryzen 7 2700x
16bg 3266 cl14
Playing on 7200 rpm hard

Can anyone come across and could solve the problem, thanks in advance.
