this is only in words they are minimal, in fact on the hardware indicated in the minimum wages it will be at best 15-20 frames in 720p

Well, of course you wrote nonsense! I ran it on an old computer with gtx 970 and i7 3770 with 16gb ram, and so in full hd at high it showed at least 40 fps, but mostly 45-50! so don't write what you imagined in your head if you don't know!!!
