All 3 pieces for crafting are collected on the 1-2 floor of Nashville. The artifact from the warehouse is apparently from the safe in the security room. 2 and 3 pieces in the ventilation (you have to run after the sounds from the grilles) and in the broken toilet on the residential floor. There was no outhouse in the early access; it was necessary to break the fallen submachine gun by force at the same level. If the relic in the excavation has already been activated, then that's it, the train has left.
