Optimizing the game (Tales of Arise)

There is a persistent feeling that the optimon was not delivered. The game lags fiercely. Any tips?

Out of interest, I checked on a spare laptop i5-7440HQ 1050ti 16gb ram stable 60fps.

Considering that the UE4 engine can be squeezed out of FPS by disabling certain effects in Engine.ini along the path C: Users UserName AppData Local BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Tales of Arise Config WindowsNoEditor Engine.ini
