How do I disable skins? (Tales of Arise)

I can't turn off "Haircut, Style" and "Suit", but "Gadgets" and "Weapon Skin" I can. Who knows, please tell me!

not all clothes have a skin, some are just stats, if the outer skin does not appear when receiving armor, then the armor does not have its own skin, the same applies to weapons
