Moving objects leave a trail in games

Tell me, is this a problem in the video card or monica? Someone told me that Monica is the case, but I don't think so, I'm more inclined to believe that something is wrong with the video card. What do you think is the matter? Here is a video example

Note: I've seen it in games: RDR 2, Mafia Definitive Edition, PES 2021, and some others, I don't remember exactly which ones.

RedSun1233 is
most likely in Monica's case - a typical problem for Monica with a large matrix response

how can you understand that the matter is in Monica?

The video was recorded from the system, is it possible to see monitor artifacts on it?
If the recording is from the system, why ask about monitor artifacts that you can't see there? - if you suspect screen artifacts, the video is filmed with an external device.
We need a more detailed description of the hardware on which this happens, especially the video card - model, age, where it was bought (from hands, or in a store), etc.

SonyK_2 The
video card is quite new, I took it from the store, it is almost a year old. RTX 2060 6GB from GB with two fans.

So it looks like artifacts from vidyuhi. Purchased new? Did you overclock?

As a tip, try to demolish the driver via Display Driver Uninstaller (or an analogue), then reinstall it. If vidyuhu was not "tortured", then it is too early for her to "die". And it's better to exclude problems with the software than to bring it to the service right away.

View monitor settings: response time, freesync and more. View the chips of the video card and disable them.

I just can’t understand, it’s something with software or a card. Well, I'll try to find out the reason.

Therefore, I advise you to first reinstall the driver with a preliminary complete removal of the old ones.

most likely, judging by the video, these are features of the graphics of the game, namely that there is some kind of black loop of
reasons for this, there can be many reasons, I would try to either completely disable anti-aliasing or radically increase the number of FPS pitch-pitch, but most likely this is somehow related to lighting and its internal speed updates or isolated, these are artifacts that are obtained as a result of the fact that the countess rely on past frames and do not prepare frames with double precision so that, like the Witcher 2, there was an out-of-bounds and spanked on the pitches.
