FPS dropped sharply in the Witcher 3 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I have a Lenovo Ideapad gaming 3 laptop. I set the settings to high-medium and everything flew at 60fps. However, a day later I launched the game, played for 10 minutes and the FPS dropped sharply to 5-7 frames per second. I played from the network and I don't understand what the problem is. Tell me what to do, can anyone come across a similar one?

first of all, look at monitoring how what is loaded at the time of the FPS drawdown

when playing on battery power? If the battery "performance" is better when setting the power supply, then the problem is with the power supply.

Check the drivers, check the integrity of the game, check the memory usage when playing.
These are three main ones, if the problem persists - write.

For greater confidence, it is better to shoot a video of the problematic moment with monitoring the load on the hardware (MSI Afterburner, etc.) - it will be more clear why the problem may arise.
Example:
And it is desirable to show all graphic settings.
