Fallout 4 crashes without error (Fallout 4)

With nothing to start the game without an error, everything was fine, already rolled back a few saves, lowered the graphics, checked the mods for updates and errors, turned off those that I doubted and still, now the big Sim Settlements mod is installed and I'm going through the plot there , the first part went well, but now such a problem has appeared, can there be any program that identifies the problem?
