High power consumption due to mouse

Recently I noticed that in all applications, games, and programs, the power consumption in the task manager increases at times when you quickly move or jerk the cursor. Games because of this begin to lag, the processor suffers from this too. And if you do not move the cursor, everything is perfect, as in the case of the touchpad, it does not cause any problems at all, even if you quickly move the cursor. I read a lot of things, tried to fix something in the power supply, checked for viruses (both by avast and the web version of eset), usb contacts (both) are normal, tried 2 mice (both from Razer, the main one is Razer Basilisk Essential) , shutdown, reboot, drivers (amd, nvidia, razer, synapse), cleaned with a cleaner, according to the latency checker, everything is normal, the mouse frequency changed from 1000 to 500 and vice versa, the mode of increased accuracy of the pointer setting was changed, in the nvidia panel, the 3D graphics settings tried to change something, cleaned the laptop from dust, changed the thermal paste, in the task manager I don't see anything suspicious in the processes, nothing stands out, except for the applications themselves, against the background of which the cursor moves. I placed the normal state in the images, for example, of two programs and after quickly moving the cursor over them.
Geforce experience info about the laptop:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti
Driver version 471.96
AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics
15.42 GB RAM
1920 x 1080, 144Hz
