Attempt to change resolution (Hunt: Showdown)

Hello everyone, I need help fixing one problem. The fact is that my hardware doesn't really want to cope with the game, and when I try to increase the FPS by reducing the resolution to 1270x720, such a strip appears on the monica (only on the left) (attached the photo below). Other games also have this problem, but not all.
