1. Unzip the .rar file to a location of your choice.
2. Download the Mass Effect Modder for the Legendary Edition. You can go through ME3Tweaks Mod Manager> Tools
3. In the Mass Effect 2 section, click "Mods Manager".
4. Click on "Mods Installer".
5. Click on "Add to list".
6. Browse to where you extracted the .rar from and highlight the .mem file for the mod.
7. Click "Open".
8. In the "List of loaded mods" field, highlight the .mem file.
9. Click "Install selected mods". Once completed, a pop-up should appear informing you that the mod has been installed correctly.
10. Click "OK" on the pop-up window.

Unfortunately, MEM does not see the folder with the game

. Many mods write that they are installed only on the English version, who ever installed mods on the Russian version of the legendary.

I put it, but everything worked fine for me. If anything, I put a mod that changes the interface, namely the xbox layout changes to the layout from the curling iron. And it's not comfortable to play on dualshock 4th, when the layout is from xbox.
