The video card does not want to work on a newer driver version?

Hello everyone, I have a second video Radeon HD 8750M 2gb Windows 10 on my Acer V5 laptop. A large number of games are all ok, but there are games that ask to update the video card driver, I can now update the 2015 driver and update it to 2018 but after it has been updated in the manager there is a question mark on the video card and writes that the robot is not dancing code43 or something else, I roll back the driver and everything works. What is the actual problem? It works on the old driver, but not on the new one, although there is one for this video card.
