Freezit after the update (Call of Duty: Warzone)

Before explaining the problem, config:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: Zotac AMP White Edition RTX 3060
SSD: Gigabyte Aorus RGB 500 Gb
HDD: WD 500 gb
RAM: 2x8gb 3200 MHz Kingston HyperX Fury RGB
MB: AsRock b450 HDV
So here , the essence of the problem, after the update, the game is tough freezing, before that I played at ultras 90-110 fps, now it's not more than 30 with the old settings, I reduce all indicators, I manage to unscrew 50-60 fps with rare drawdowns. At the same time, there are no problems in Cold War, all lags are in MW and Warzone. What is the problem without a clue, but I will be very upset if all this is resolved only after the patch.
