currently playing invalid string id (Middle-earth: Shadow of War)

Hello, can anyone help.
The problem is that the sound disappears in the game (when you first start everything is fine, but when you exit the game and then start it, the sound disappears). I would have resigned myself to this, but alas, subtitles also disappear with sound, it is still impossible to play at all. Reinstalling the drivers does not help, there are no everyday files either.
