Does Handling Lie (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

It just got interesting.
On ag.ru, I learned everything about the characteristics of San Andreas transport, before that I went on the first transport that came to hand. And I have not met there that which is not in the handling.
But I have a misunderstanding. I will explain with examples.
1. At a cement truck (well, except that braking there is a little differently spelled out), DFT-30, a garbage truck, the handling characteristics are like two peas in a pod.
I will not say that the DFT-30 is better stable than these two on bumps and turns - this is a matter of physics. However, the speed is complete nonsense: the garbage truck is VERY slow and incomparable with the other two, while the DFT-30 and the cement truck easily overtake many sedans in a straight line.
2. Mr Whoopee - an ice cream van - has a maximum speed of as much as 145. Acceleration there, like many other trucks, is spelled out 14. But why then (by the way, by measuring the speed in practice, and generally by eye !!!) is it not faster, but much slower than benson than Journey, Hotdog else (which have exactly the same acceleration, are heavier and have less top speed)?
3. Once I wrote that Tanker-Linerunner-Roadtrain have exactly the same characteristics. In fact, no. I also traveled (and again, the speed measurements in practice do not lie here): it turned out that Linerunner is an unjustified turtle, and the Roadtrain is already there faster than BF Injection (!!!!!), by the way, speed measurements are generally inadequate in themselves and are incorrect there , but this is a separate topic.

I think there are enough examples. Maybe someone knows why this is so?

You write on the topic. Well, who can explain the inconsistency?

Don't be offended, but transport should be tested under the same conditions. Naturally, climbing the hill of San Fiero is harder than rushing along the Las Venturas highway.

Vryat-whether someone will be able to answer this. Just passed a trucker on Linerunner and Roadtrain. The first one could not accelerate on the descent (west of dillimore, right up to an acre of blueberries) on the second one immediately passed level 8 - brake, gas, the main thing is that the load would not be unhooked. Accelerates much faster.

That's what I said - Linerunner turtle. The Tanker is also shorter than the Roadtrain and smaller.

So I say, it would seem that the settings are the same and the characteristics should be similar, but in fact the difference is very large.
I will even give the results of one of the measurements. For some reason, its author did not use trainers, but found and took everything from the transport manually. He tested at the SF airport, it is clear how.
Of course, if Rancher is in 90th place, for example, this does not mean in any way that this is a bad transport, besides, it is only at first glance slow. (still a good car Sunrise, there is also a strange acceleration in the handling)
And the slowly accelerating Hotring Racer is in 2nd place, tourism is generally in 5th. Well, okay, here it is 01.15.58

A little more about handling.
It seems to me that since acceleration and similar characteristics are generally not the most accurate indicator for handling, perhaps the maximum speed is also sly.
The Brown Streak Freight train on handling will only accelerate to 110 km / h (and not 120 as on ag.ru - I looked). In practice, this is very difficult to believe. It's just that auto-floating vehicles-trains-air transport have a different engine.

In addition to tests, there is no way to check. And it's also not need for speed to look only at speed. Probably our game result is a combination between speed, acceleration, mass, turnmass and, probably, the type of engine
