Character control glitch (Call of Duty: Vanguard)

Good afternoon everyone.
Faced a problem. I can't properly control the character in the game. This also applies to Call of duty Vanguard during the beta and Call of duty Modern warfare 2019.
The Office just doesn't listen to me. I press once on the "forward" button and it just keeps going forward all the time. Does not shoot, does not obey other commands, etc.
For hardware, I have a
Core i5
GeForce gtx 1660 (6GB)
RAM 8GB
SSD 500GB
Maybe someone faced similar problems?
