Fuses in the reactor (Encased)

Hello everyone! Where can I get the fuses to start the reactor and provide the emulator with electricity? I figured it out))

1. Solve the problem with the reactor
2. Adjust the comp. Minevra network (adm. floor)
3. Talk to blue in the reactor room
4. Fix the wiring next to 2 orange ones
5. Go down to those. the reactor floor and insert the fuse into one of the four el. shields
6. Report to blue
7. Pull the second switch
