1 FPS (Raft)

For reasons unknown to me, on ABSOLUTELY any version of Raft from the very entrance into the game, he lags me. Starting from the menu, my FPS is about 1. The frame is updated once a second, I can not do anything about it on any version. Graphics on the minimum - all the same. At what earlier (about half a year ago) everything worked flawlessly. Help, I don't know what to do with these!
