Bug with a wheel of luck in a casino (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Spun the wheel, dropped Mystery - a mysterious prize
In the lower left corner showed the notice "Mysterious prize - film strip" and that's it, the interface does not appear, the character does not move.
What kind of prize is this? I see it for the first time.
