There was a problem with strong freezes (Call of Duty: Warzone)

Hello, there is a problem with strong freezes, FPS drawdown and ping jumps. When I am in the menu and lobby, everything is fine, everything works as before, but as soon as you connect to the game itself, a wild horror begins. I already have a relatively weak PC (I play from 40 to 60 fps), with a ping of 115 (Siberia), and now it's more ... Fps starts to jump from 1 to 50 back and forth, as if the card is loading, ping also skips up to 999 and the game just starts fiercely freezing. I sinned that I could get clogged, I disassembled everything, cleaned it, changed the thermal paste - nothing. I thought that after the update it was possible that there was not enough RAM, I took an additional 8g die. It began to freeze a little less, but the problem did not disappear ... I repeat that there was no such problem before, and even during streaming everything was calm ...
